How Can I Be Of Service To You?

I work with clients who are struggling with life changes, aging, chronic health issues, anxiety, adult ADHD, self-doubt, depression, trauma and a host of other hardships we all experience.

While working with clients on issues such as self-sabotage, anxiety, and depression I help clients uncover childhood experiences that may have contributed to their current reactions to stressors. By understanding the developmental responses to trauma, we can better comprehend, tolerate, and unlearn the behaviors that were adopted to manage situations beyond our control when we were young.
